MAJOR CAREER:
My
scientific research works was began in 1987, from 1987 to 1989, I took part in
the design and test of the infrared-light spots computerized detection and
analysis system in Tsing Hua University . This system had won the Ministry
standard prize for sciences progress and the national progress award.In the
winter of 1989, as a production practices, I join in a design of the instrument
for recording an athlete's physiology parameter(like the pulse of heart) by an
Intel MCS-51 series single-chip micro-computer.In the spring of 1990, I designed
and finished a laser gun shooting-training system with an IBM/PC-AT computer for
my B.E.E. thesis.This system is a research items for the 11th Asia Games.

Since 1991 ,I have begun to do my research work in BLEM(Beijing
Laboratory of electron microscope of Chinese Academy of Sciences), I'm major in
designed application of Scanning Tunneling
Microscopy. and PSTM(Photon-STM).Our STM and PSTM were firstly
developed in China. BLEM's PSTM have carried off the prize of sciences progress
in 1995. The work of my thesis is mainly in designing the hardware and computer's interface for
PSTM,then program some software for PSTM.This is the first set of PSTM in
China.
For more than 3years (1987-1991)accumulated experiences in the
electronic engineering ,I designed and setup my PSTM system with excellent
performance, its resolutions reach worldlever and have great differences with
another PSTM systems, For these reason ,in JUNE 3 1993,my PSTM system passed a
science achievement appraisal. The appraisers are consist of some famous
authorities in this field. Some news media such as The Peoples Daily--the
national newspaper in China and the science & technology Daily all make a
report-news on the front-page in JUNE 10 1993.Also, because I was an electrical
engineer, I have helped my co-operator to design the ECSTM(Electro-Chemical
STM) electronics circuit and helped the co-operator for Roughness analysis of
surfaces with home-made
AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy).
After I have got a M.S. degree in
1993,I worked in a Hi-tech Co. of institute of electronics, Chinese Academy of
Sciences, in the division of large screen displays. From 1993 to 1994,I act as a
R/D and field service engineer for the CRT type & flat square LCD panel type
large screen display systems. Since 1994,I became a sales and technical
representative for the local dealer of the BARCO large screen display systems
(BARCO is a trademark of the BARCO n.v.--a
display equipment manufacturer located in kuurne, Belgium).For my technical
supports and the successful market extension, I have strived for a lot of orders
from the customers for the BARCO n.v..
At the same time. I am also
the invited research fellow of the BLVP (Beijing Laboratory of Vacuum Physics)
for operation and modified the UHV-STM systems, BLVP belongs to the same Center
of condensed Matter Physics at Chinese Academy of Sciences.
From 1997, I
am a research assistant in research group( Surface & Interface physics) of
Prof. Dr. H. Fuchs,the physical Institute,University of Muenster, Germany
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
With above career and several years
practice in the electronics fields ,my knowledge and skills mainly in three
fields:
A:SPM FIELDS:
1)To design and setup a SPM experimental
units based on some creative theory or new ideas.
2)Familiar the
electronically circuits of STM PSTM AFM and ECSTM systems. Have rich experiences
and skills for operating a SPM series instruments.
3)Rich experience in
detecting weak signal and the usage of A/D D/A devices, high grade analogue
devices, Lock-in Amplifier for SPM measurement.
B:ELECTRONICS &
COMPUTER SCIENCES:
1)Proficient in all round electronics hardware and
have a market ideas, can design and development products with commercial value,
especially in the field of usage and choice devices.
2)The ability of design
and test circuits using prevalent devices. Familiar with electronic measurement
instruments and have an excellent skills for solder and testing.
3)Familiar
with consumer electronic products (especially with video equipment).
4)Design
some small spare part of mechanism and can use mechanic tools to process
it.
5)Familiar the theory and technique of display devices (Both CRT and LCD
panel).
6)The skills for Photography, video recording and Photo darkroom
manufacture.

LANGUAGE
ABILITY:
I have a systematic training of English for many years and
passed the English qualification test for Bachelor and Master degrees in China,
I can use English smoothly.
In 1988, I take an one year period junior
Japanese lesson and have a basis for advanced study.
Now I am living in
Germany, know some basic German.
